Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Stock Exchange approved on Wednesday the request of three companies to increase their capital.

EGX announced listing the increased capital of the Egyptian Company for Developing Building Materials (LIFT SLAB) starting 15 September, from EGP 43 million to EGP 54.95 million, distributed over 1.19 million issued shares.

The Egyptian bourse also permitted the procedures by Eastern Company, Egyptian Financial and Industrial, and Delta Insurance to increase capital through the distribution of bonus shares.
